Rental Information

• 7-night minimum stay (5-6 nights sometimes available).
• Check-out: by 11:00 am (unless by prior arrangement).
• Check in: after 2:00 pm (unless by prior arrangement).
• No daily cleaning (private washer and dryer available).

Payment Terms

• We require 50% of the total rental amount on booking, to reserve the cottage. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.
• We require a $300 credit card hold, released after departure if all is well.
• We take Visa and MC, travelers' checks, cashiers' checks, money orders or bank wire transfers, and personal checks if more than 4 months prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be given minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
• If you cancel your reservation 60 days or less prior to your arrival date, payment will not be refunded unless the cottage is rebooked, in which case a refund will be given, minus 10% of the total booking with a $50 minimum cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your reservation during your stay we will only give a refund for nights we are able to re-rent, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
• Altavista Properties reserves the right to cancel this booking in caseof unforeseeable circumstances where guest will receive a full refund.
