	Vegetarian Restaurants on Maui, Hawaii - There's plenty of vegetarian food available on the island of Maui! The hotspot would have to be the little town of Paia on the north shore (at the beginning of the road to Hana). The most recent survey to the island was in February of 2002. Most restaurants that were visited on the island had a veggie entree or two. Visit Maui Menus to see some menus online. By the way, the best time to visit Maui is January or February.
