In the Hawaiian language Hololani means "gone to heaven" and this spacious elegant home is truly a slice of heaven: spectacular ocean views and whale-watching from your private lanai. Tropical ocean breezes, and panoramic views of the island of Molokai!
Relax by our freshwater heated pool or tropical gardens, stroll the golden sandy beach, or snorkel in the warm reef-protected ocean. In the evening, prepare your dinner at the poolside barbecues and dine by the romantic flicker of tiki torches. Or dine in style at one of the fabulous restaurants a few minutes walk from the condo.
The condo has gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and even from the master bedroom, which has a unique glass-room extension to the lanai. There are ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom to supplement the refreshing ocean breezes.
Newly-remodeled, immaculately clean, and well-maintained, this spacious, 1100 square foot, second-story condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with tub, the other with a shower), a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters, luxurious living room, indoor dining, as well as dining on your own private oceanview lanai. A home from home in paradise!
For those of us who come to unwind without unplugging altogether, we have just added high speed internet via CAT5 broadband connection, no wireless, no fee, no problem.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, writing desk, and occasional chair/ottoman with a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private bathroom with tub, a partial ocean view and sliders to the gardens.
There is a convenient elevator and stairway access to the underground parking garage, where you will have an assigned parking space during your stay. The property is well maintained and there is an onsite manager, available day and night, to answer any questions you might have about the facilities and the surrounding area. Hololani Resort is a small property of only two eight-story buildings with a total of 64 two-bedroom units.
There are several great restaurants and shops just a few minutes walk from the condo. The Kahana Gateway Center offers just about anything you might need, from an Internet Cafe to fabulous dining options, from a convenience store to several boutiques selling local arts, crafts, and Hawaiian Island fashions. And the neighboring resort areas of Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua are just a few miles away. You can even catch the free shuttle to these areas just a couple minute walk from the condo.
Rates: Nightly Rates: $195-$240/Night for up to 5 Person Maximum (Children Included). Five (5) Night Minimum Stay. We Accept Checks, Bank Wire Transfers, Money Orders and Credit Cards. 50% of the Total Rental Amount Reserves the Condominium. The Balance is Due 60 Days Before Arrival. All Rates Are Subject to 11.41% state & hotel tax. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be given minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum). If you cancel your reservation less than 60 days before your arrival date, the total rental amount will be refunded for the dates we can re-rent the cottage (minus the 10% cancellation fee). If you cancel your reservation during your stay we will only give a refund if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the remaining time, minus the 10% cancellation fee.
